Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. Our system begins processing it immediately, and the shipping department gets to work right away. Please double-check all your details before finalizing your order.

What if I entered the wrong address when placing the order?

Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will try our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in our system. Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct address.

How to track my order?

If you have registered an account on our website , you can track it in "My order" by viewing the order detail. 

How soon will my order be shipped after I place it?

We’ll ship your order within 2-5 days once your payment is processed.

Can I return defective, damaged, or incorrect items?

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours. Be sure to include your order number and clear photo evidence. Once we verify the issue is due to a manufacturing or product error, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've confirmed your request, you can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

Do you offer repair services and how much does it cost?

Yes, if your product has a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it for free. Our one-year warranty covers only original, unaltered items. It doesn't cover damage from accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear. For non-warranty repairs, costs vary based on materials and time. After evaluation, we'll provide an estimate and await your approval for the charges, including return shipping fees.
